Minutes of the Old Lyme Economic Development Commission Meeting of 4/5/14
Meeting commenced at 8 AM in the Old Lyme Town Hall. Present were Bob Jose, Bill O’Meara, Susan Howard, Joe Camean and Heather Gagnon.
We discussed the following topics:
1. Real estate news from last month showed 21 sold in town so far this year with 121 listings and 22 under contract. activty looks more robust than last year between solds and under contract.
2. Bike trail update from Joe showed the project was being estimated and the final plans were delivered to Bonnie for review.Consultants assisting with looking for additional funding sources. Soundview plan also approved at meeting
3. Further discussion on the micro grid process in Old lyme.
